I am now the proud owner of N0.3 of this excellent print. It is unfortunate that Nigel Mansell's name is spelt incorrectly, but to have 4 of the British Greats signatures on one print is unprecedented

We are immensely excited to have been selected by Nick Watts to be the exclusive distributor for his latest giclée print entitled ‘The Best of British’. Signed by Sir Stirling Moss, John Surtees, Sir Jackie Stewart and Nigel Mansell.
The painting that forms the basis of this print was created to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of Britain’s first ever Formula One world championship victory, which was, of course, delivered by Mike Hawthorn.
In the background, Nick has ghosted in images of Hawthorn, Graham Hill, Clark and Hunt, in action at the wheels of some of their most famous cars. In the foreground, Nick has chosen the four British Formula One drivers whom many consider to be the most successful of their respective generations.
Sir Stirling needs no introduction. He may have missed out on an F1 title, but his status is as legendary as any driver who has ever sat in a racing car.
John Surtees is still the only man to have won the blue riband 500cc motorcycle championship and a Formula One title. In fact, he was champion on two wheels in 1956, ‘58, ’59 and ’60, becoming F1 world champion in the Ferrari 156 in 1964.
Sir Jackie Stewart is the driver who introduced professionalism to Formula One, both on and off-track. In 1969, ’71 and ’73, he won the F1 world championship and then walked away from racing, whilst still at the top of the game, to pursue an equally successful career in business.
The final driver selected by Nick is the enduringly popular Nigel Mansell, our ‘Nige’, the pugnacious Brummie who never knew when to give way. His battles with Ayrton Senna are the stuff of legend. He secured the Formula One world championship in 1992 and then, the following year, conquered America by winning the Indy Car championship.
It is these four drivers who, more than any others, epitomise the British bulldog spirit. Signed by all of these legendary drivers, this is a print to be looked after and preserved for future generations. Measuring some 61 x 72.5cm, only 500 examples will ever be produced and all will be hand signed by both the artist and the four drivers.
