Kyosho has released a 1:18 diecast model of the Ferrari 250 GTO from the Tour De France. Kyosho has released a 1:18 replica of the gorgeous Ferrari 250 GTO that won the 1964 Tour de France. Ferrari had won the event in both ’62 and ’63, but they now faced stiff opposition from the AC Cobras. They were very quick, and challenged the Ferraris early on, but unfortunately they didn’t have the reliability. The winning car was driven by Belgian drivers Lucien Bianchi and Georges Berger. They beat Jean Guichet and Michel de Bourbon-Parme, who were also driving a 250 GTO.
