Yamaha YZR-M1 - 2009 - #52 J. Toseland 1:12

Minichamps has released a 1:12 diecast model of James Toseland's Yamaha YZR-M1 from the 2009 MotoGP season. 2009 was the first season that Monster became title sponsor of the Yamaha Tech 3 team. Colin Edwards had an extremely strong year on the #5 bike (PO93005). Despite only finishing on the podium once, at Donington Park, a good haul of decent points finishes enabled him to end the year fifth in the standings. James Toseland had a less successful time on the #52 machine, his best results a hat trick of sixth place finishes at Assen, Donington and Indianapolis. As you must know by now, both Minichamps 1:12 Tech 3 Yamaha YZR-M1s will feature removable fairing panels to show off the engine detail, real rubber tyres and so on.
