I am sorry JUSTIME OVERTON-DARCH that you did not receive your model before xmas. We had limited supply delivered to us by the importer and models were sent out on a first ordered basis. We are just as frustrated I assure you.

Anyone who follows bike racing and Rossi will see that the paint job on the nose of the model is WRONG. His bike had white line detail running to the front of the air intake on the nose. Come on Minichamps get it right !!! the Abarth 07 Yamaha nose section was wrong also , any fool can look at the pictures and get it right.

is very dissappointed that despite their assurances that we woud have a delivery onn 21st December that my husbands christmas present wont be here yet again!!!!!!!! this is proving to be such a problem that we are considering not bothering with Grand Prix legends anymore. The last time this happened we never received the product because they magically disappeared. perhaps when they send out partial orders they should look at who they have disappointed in the past and perhaps send them out to those customers first as a gesture of good will!!!!!

We are delighted that Minichamps will be replicating Valentino’s 2008 Yamaha YZR-M1 which, of course, is the bike on which he reclaimed the world title.
Convinced that Michelin had lost their way, Rossi demanded Bridgestone tyres for 2008, forcing his Yamaha team to split in two, as new team-mate Lorenzo stayed with the French rubber. At the very beginning of the season, Rossi’s results weren’t great, as victories for Pedrosa and Lorenzo suggested that it may have been more than Michelin’s deficiencies that contributed to Stoner’s domination the previous year.
However, the Doctor then got it together, only missing the podium once from round four until the end of the season, and scoring nine race wins along the way, to secure his eighth world title and his sixth in the top class.
Minichamps has now confirmed that this will be the next Rossi bike to be released, and that we should see it arrive in October.
