Spark has released a 1:43 diecast model of the 2009 Aston Martin LMP1 showcar based on Aston Martin's 2009 entrant for the Le Mans 24hrs, which is finished in the iconic Gulf livery. This model comes presented in commemorative packaging, and is limited to 4,000 pieces worldwide.

The day after we go to press on this catalogue we expect to receive Spark’s 1:43 replica of the #009 LMP1 Aston Martin showcar.

We’re therefore used an in-stock logo, even though it’s not technically true!

Although this model is being manufactured by Spark, it is not an official Spark release as it has been manufactured in collaboration with Prodrive. This is similar to the situation last year when Prodrive released a 1:18 replica of the Le Mans Aston, which had been manufactured by AUTOart.

The model will be limited to 4,000 examples worldwide and, as a stunning looking car with a stunning looking livery, it’s sure to be one of our best sellers this summer.
