When you place an order on our website, you will view an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email from Grand Prix Legends. This page and email confirm receipt of your order and its details, they do not form a contract to a sale at this point. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product/products, which is accepted by us at the point when we debit your card and dispatch the goods to you.

When you place an order on our website please make sure that your Account address is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. Your card authorisation process is checked against your Account address and if it is not correct your card will be declined and your order delayed until we receive the correct details from you.

Try as we might, there may be occasions when a product will be mispriced on our website. Please be assured that we verify prices as part of our despatch procedure. If a product's correct price is lower than advertised on our site you will be charged the lower price. If a product's correct price is higher than advertised on our site, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Orders received before 1pm will be be despatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) subject to stock and payment clearance.

UK orders are sent on a 3-5 working day service and can be dependant on our friendly postal workers.

European and Worldwide delivery can take up to 14 days after being despatched and are subject to customs clearance.

If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc).

Most of our items are in stock awaiting despatch unless a pre-order message is shown below the items description.

Most packages will require a signature on delivery, so please give us a delivery address where someone will be in to sign for the parcel (work, neighbour, friend etc). All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

When ordering mail-order goods from Grand Prix Legends for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your Country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Grand Prix Legends, you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods

We only charge you delivery once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. (The full delivery charge is charged on the first parcel despatched)

Due to higher shipping rates, all orders to the CHANNEL ISLANDS will be charged at the EU rate. Your shipping charge may be altered manually to represent this.

We accept most major credit and debit cards and we only process payment when an order is ready to be despatched. Please note, if you are paying with credit/debit cards we will obtain an initial authorisation code on receipt of your order if the item you ordered is not in stock.

If you have placed an order for a model car with us prior to its release, and we fail to deliver that model to you, we will pay you double the price of the model. The price relates to the price of the model at the time of your order.

Offer only applies to the following manufacturers: Minichamps, Mattel, Kyosho, Solido, Sunstar, Quartzo, Spark, IXO, Jadi, Universal Hobbies, Exoto, CMC, GMP and Guiloy.

- To any manufacturer not mentioned in the above list.
- If the manufacturer cancels a model.
- To models that have already been released.
- If the manufacturer puts a model's release date back and we are unable to deliver the model on a date previously stated by Grand Prix Legends.

Due to the split shipments of some manufacturers, not all back orders can be met immediately after a model's release. If your back order is not met within the first shipment, it will be fulfilled in the second shipment at a later date, and is therefore not applicable to the 'Double Moneyback' guarantee.

The 'Double Moneyback' guarantee only applies to orders placed on or after 1st March 2007.

Our price match guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

The VHS videotapes we sell are aimed at the UK market, and have been recorded in PAL format (Phase Alternation Line). This means that the tape will not be compatible with either NTSC, or SECAM players. Please check carefully with your VHS guide to ensure that it is capable of playing PAL format videotape, before making a purchase.

The DVDs we sell are primarily created using the PAL formatting system, and are region code free (also known as region 0). However, a selection of our DVDs are made from footage that was recorded using the NTSC formatting system, or have been given a specific region code. If you are purchasing a DVD that has been recorded using the PAL formatting system, you will experience a loss of picture quality if you play it on an NTSC machine, and vice-versa. If you purchase a DVD that has been given a Region Code of 2, then it will not work at all on a machine outside of that Region. You should find the information regarding the technical aspects of a specific disc within the copy of that product.

They may not be used, copied or reproduced in any form whatsoever without our express written permission. We do allow our images to be used copyright free at a cost of £60 per image.
