QUESTIONS
Q How can I pay for my
order?
A We accept all major
credit and debit cards and we accept cheques and postal orders made
out to 'Grand Prix Legends' in pounds sterling. We can take payment
via bank transfers for overseas orders if preferred.
Q Am I charged for my items as
soon as I place my order?
A
No, initially there is an
authorisation code obtained against your card so that the order can
be processed. We don't actually take payment for orders until your
goods are despatched to you.
Q Can I request a time and day
for delivery?
A I’m afraid not,
our courier company delivers Monday to Friday between 9am and
6pm.We can arrange for a Saturday delivery at an extra cost. Please

Q What happens if I am at not
in or at work when the courier company tries to
deliver?
A As most of our
deliveries require a signature on receipt, we recommend you give us
a delivery address where someone will be in to sign for the parcel.
A work address is ideal. If no one is in to sign for your goods,
the courier company will leave a card to say they have tried to
deliver. The card will also show contact details so that you can
arrange another delivery. Alternatively, you will be able to
collect the parcel from the depot.
Q If I want to return my goods,
will I have to take them to the Post
Office?
A Yes, you will need to
fill out the returns label stating your reason for return and if
you would like a refund or an exchange. The parcel must be returned
to us within 14 days of receipt. View our full returns policy.
Q Do I have to pay to return my
goods?
A Yes, Grand Prix Legends will only refund
a second class postage charge if we are liable for your returns
postage. Please read our full returns policy.
Q I received an error message
when I pressed 'Confirm Order' at the Order Summary
stage

The final stage of the
checkout process is at the Order Summary page where you have to
press the red 'Confirm Order' button to place your order. If you
receive an error message after pressing 'Confirm Order', your order
may still have been submitted so please do not place your order
again yet as this may result in duplicating it. In the first
instance, please either email technical@grandprixlegends.com
or call 0870 460 3456 to check to see if your
order has been placed successfully. If it has then we will be able
to supply you with your order number, if your order was not
successfully placed then please try again. Due to the nature of
servers, the website may have experienced a brief downtime which
could have coincided with you placing your order.
Q What should I do if I have
forgotten my password?
A
If you have forgotten your
password you can go to your Account log in page and click the 'Forgotten
Password' link. Here you need to enter the email address you
registered with on our site, and your password will be sent to that
email address. Please note that some email clients, like Hotmail
and AOL have junk mail filters. If your password reminder email
does not arrive please check your junk mail folders and put
'grandprixlegends.com' into your safe senders list. If your
password is not in your junk folder it may have bounced back to us
due to various external email server issues or your email address
may no longer be current. Please email technical@grandprixlegends.com
and we will be able to help.
Q Can I be sure that a DVD or
VHS I purchase from you will work on my
machine?
A
The majority of DVDs and VHS tapes that we sell are
aimed at the UK market. On our site, within the product information
of each product, you should find information on the formatting
system used, and if it is a DVD, the region coding of the disc. You
should check carefully with your machines's user manual to see if
the disc or tape is compatible with your machine before making a
purchase. If you are unsure of the region coding or formatting of a
particular disc please email technical@grandprixlegends.com
and we will be able to provide the information you require. View

Q How can I receive a
catalogue?
A Our catalogues are sent
out every two weeks and are as collectible as the collectibles we
sell! They bring you news of new products, best sellers, Diecast
and sales. If you would like to receive our catalogues please go to
our catalogue request page and fill in your
details.
Q Do you send out email
bulletins?
A
Yes, we send out regular email bulletins bringing
you instant news on new arrivals, new announcements, exciting
presentations, sales and promotions. Some promotions are only run
online so don't miss out! You can join our mailing list by entering
your details at the bottom of our catalogue request page . You will also find an
email address sign up box on all our homepages, like Formula 1 & Motorsport
homepage.
